Mistake No. 1: No Clear Strategy

Today, The Most Common Mistake I see and observe in Many Coaches and Consultants is that They are lacking to determine a Clear cut strategy for their client's business growth and expansion. Even they are well aware without a productive strategy, We can't measure our progress and performance, and even not able to improve the weaker areas.
A social media strategy refers to a process that includes determining business goals, audience, Competitive research, Content strategy, social media optimization, Selecting suitable platforms, and more than guides or helps to get reach and visibility for the business in social media and ensure effective presence in selected platforms.
Coaches and consultants have a responsibility to focus on building a clear marketing strategy with ensuring potential long-term growth for their clients. They can avoid the lack of marketing strategy by investing time in planning and research to better understand the audience, Platform, and Competitors; which Leads to an outline for the Content calendar which impacts making an effective strategy.

Mistake No. 2: Focusing Too Much On Sales

I found two approaches for coaches and consultants, which are putting their maximum efforts into either promoting services and Goods or not promoting services and goods. A Coach or Consultant should understand the importance of a balanced approach. They should avoid the over-promotion and under-promotion of services.
In my experience, When you are focusing on hard selling via content and not giving informative and engaging that makes customers or audience exhausted and feel frustrated. This can hamper overall business health performance.
A quality technique to managing hard or overselling is that they need to focus their 30% of publishing content without selling intention, and the rest of the percent, they can share content for selling intentions.

Responding and Interacting to direct messages, Comments, Constructive feedback, and complaints, Start Q&A sessions, and Audience polls for better engagement with the audience or followers.
